DrLLPS is a comprehensive database which contains 437,887 known and computationally LLPS-associated proteins, including 7,993 scaffolds, 72,300 regulators and 357,594 clients across 164 eukaryotic species, including 68 animals (Ensembl), 50 plants (EnsemblPlants) and 46 fungi (EnsemblFungi). All LLPS-associated proteins were classified into 40 condensates.
Here we provide three approaches for users to browse the database: (i) By Condensates; (ii) By LLPS types; (iii) By Species. When browsed by condensates or LLPS types, users can choose a specific classification and get the classification information in all species. Species browse allows users to select an interesting animal, plant or fungus, and the classification information of this species will be presented after clicking the link. The annotation information of each protein will be presented in the final webpage.
